𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗿: 𝟭% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗕𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗼𝗿 𝟭𝟬𝟬% 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱

 

𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘯𝘪𝘯𝘨; 𝘬𝘦𝘦𝘱𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴; 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘤𝘦𝘴𝘴. - 𝗛𝗲𝗻𝗿𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝗿𝗱

We have few exceptional individuals if at all there is any who have what it takes to make it on their own.

Many people remain the same for a long because they want to take the glory alone. I am a member of the party who believes in possibility as well believe you are what you think of yourselves but, I will never be part of the group against the natural law of teamwork.

“𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘵𝘩... 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘪𝘴 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘸𝘰𝘯𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘧𝘶𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘤𝘩𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘥” says 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗸.

The American retired professional basketball player, 𝗠𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗮𝗻 says,

"𝘛𝘢𝘭𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘯𝘴 𝘨𝘢𝘮𝘦𝘴, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘭𝘪𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘯 𝘤𝘩𝘢𝘮𝘱𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱𝘴."

Simply put, it means two or more good head is better than on. No man is ever an island of knowledge, no matter how smart you are, you will need a compliment. Every living organism has a strength and weakness. We easily recognize our strength more than our weakness but if you want to excel, you need to locate your weakness and find someone who has that as strength. 

I agreed with 𝗝𝗼𝗵𝗻 𝗖. 𝗠𝗮𝘅𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹 when he says,

“𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬, 𝘣𝘶𝘵 𝘢 𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘮𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘭𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳 𝘩𝘢𝘴 𝘢 𝘣𝘪𝘨 𝘥𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘮 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘢 𝘣𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘦𝘢𝘮.”

Don’t just be a daydreamer also be a team builder. As you put the goals together towards achieving the dream, if the team is omitted in your plan, it is better to forget the vision.

Who else can say it better than the Canadian-born American motivational public speaker and self-development author? – 𝗕𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘆. According to him

“𝘛𝘦𝘢𝘮𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘰 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵 𝘪𝘴 𝘷𝘪𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘵𝘰 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘣𝘪𝘭𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘰𝘳 𝘮𝘢𝘬𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘮𝘰𝘯𝘦𝘺 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘺𝘰𝘶 𝘸𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘵.”

I have many advice for you towards becoming the best but will not move forward until you master putting together a team or working with one.

Make the week a remarkable one, programme your mind to be an exceptional team builder, leader or player.
